Discount Shop UK offer a wide variety of products at discounted prices and we deliver to most places withiun Europe. We despatch orders by either Royal Mail or DHL, orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and delivery is usually within 2-5 days in the UK or up to 15 days internationally. Using The Website

We have tried to keep the site as simple as possible to use and try to catergorise products in a logical fashion, but here are a few simple tips to using the website.

Searching

By far the easiest way to find what you are looking for; is to use the search box located to the right, near the top of each page.

• Type in a couple of keywords relevant to the product you are trying to find.
• There is no need to use words like "and" "a" etc.
• There is no need to use any punctuation.

Browse

You might want to browse the site to view a variety of products, offers and great deals, you can do this by using the navigation bar that runs along the top of the home page, just below the Discount Shop UK logo or down the left hand side of the category pages. Clicking on any one of these will take you to that category.

Within each main category there will be sub categries. Clicking on a sub category will display all the products within it, some catgories will display furthur sub categories, this is to make it easier to locate the products you are searching for,

To see all details of a product or sub category, either click the title or  "more info" tab or move your mouse over the picture and click on it.

How To Buy

To buy a product just click the "add to basket" button on either the product detail page or underneath the product in the categories page. If you want to buy more than one of the same product, you can adjust the quantity at the side of the "add to basket button"

To pay for your order click the arrow located in the shopping basket at the top right of each page.

Choosing Your Payment Method

Once you have confirmed all your details, you can then choose your payment method. You can select from either Money Bookers, Skrill,  Google or Paypal and can use either your Debit or Credit card. As an alternative you can elect to telephone us on 0844 8880205, bear in mind we will not despatch your order until payment is received and has been cleared.

Technical Support

We are not able to provide any technical help regarding the functionality of any product. You should instead, contact the manufacturer or help desk detailed in the products manual.

Do I Need To Register?

You don't need to register to browse the website, but when you place your first order you will be prompted to create an account at the checkout. By creating an account you will be able to track the progress of your order and have access to a range of special offers and discounts.

Delivery

Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours of you placing your order and UK mainland, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland should be delivered within 2-5 days, international orders should be within 15 days. Delivery charges are based on the weight of your shopping basket and the region in which you want your order delivered to.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

You will need to wait 15 working days before we can investigate your claim for a missing or lost parcel. If after this time, you believe that your order has been lost, you should let us know by using the contact us form to let us know and we will investigate this for you.

My Order Has Arrived Damaged

If you order arrives showing signs of damage, you should contact us within 3 working days to let us know. If you do not let us know, it may effect a warranty claim at a later date. If your order is being delivered by a parcel carrier, you should sign for it and mark the delivery note "Received Damaged", if you can not inspect the parcel mark the delivery note "Received Unchecked"

I Want To Return A Product

You can return a product to us for any of the following reasons:

• You Don't Want The Product
• The Product Is Faulty

In either case you should use the contact us form, selecting Returns as the reason and filling out a simple message to let us know the reason for return. We will then issue you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Write this number on the outside of the packaging.

You should not mark or attach anything to the original packaging of the product.

• If you are returning a product because of a fault, on receipt we will send you a replacement or give you a refund. Reasonable return postage costs will also be refunded. You should use the cheapest secure method to return your product.
• If you are returning a product because you do not want it, it should be returned unopened within 7 days of receipt. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

My Account

When you buy from us for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account at the checkout stage. This will enable you to log in to your account and view past orders, track the stage of any outstanding orders and be notified of any exclusive offers and discounts. You can log in to your account by using the log in box near the bottom of the Home page or when prompted at the Checkout.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link at the bottom of the log in box and we will send you an e-mail with a reminder.

Trade Account

If you are a Business, School or Government body you can apply for a trade account by clicking here. You can also use the contact us form to let us know of your interest. If you wish to speak to one of our account managers why not call us on 0844 8880204. You will need to spend a minimum of £150 per month to maintain a trade account.
